Campervan Discount Terms

1. Who is offering what. The £500 discount is offered by each participating converter listed on this page (each a "Participating Converter") under a referral agreement with Staycation Lifestyle Steve Aspinall, trading as Staycation Lifestyle). Staycation Lifestyle issues the codes and introduces you to the converter; the converter provides the discount. Staycation Lifestyle is paid a referral fee by the converter for each completed qualifying purchase. See "Ad — commercial referral partnership" above.

2. Your code. When you complete the claim form you will be emailed a unique, numbered code (for example STAYCATION-27). Your code is personal to you, cannot be transferred or sold, and is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. One code per person and per household. Duplicate claims will be cancelled.

3. What qualifies. You will receive £500 off the price of a new campervan conversion ordered directly from a Participating Converter, provided that:
(a) your code has already been issued to you and you have given it to the converter before you sign an order form or pay any deposit;
(b) you are the person named on the code, aged 18 or over, and the vehicle is for your own private use;
(c) the order is for a new build or new conversion (not a used or stock vehicle already built, unless the converter states otherwise); and
(d) the code is still within its 12-month validity period on the date you place the order.

Codes cannot be applied to orders that were signed, deposited or invoiced before the code was disclosed.

4. The converter's commitment. Each Participating Converter has agreed in writing with Staycation Lifestyle to honour the £500 discount on every order that meets clause 3. The discount is applied to the converter's quoted price for the conversion. If a converter declines to apply the discount to an order you believe qualifies, email steve@staycationlifestyle.co.uk with your code number and I will take it up with them.

5. What the discount is not. The £500 is a price reduction only. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or upgrades. It cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, trade-in bonus or referral scheme run by the converter unless the converter confirms in writing that it can.

6. Everything else about your purchase. Your contract for the campervan conversion is with the Participating Converter, on the converter's own terms of sale. Staycation Lifestyle is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the converter's quotes, pricing, lead times, availability, build quality, warranty or delivery. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which you have against the converter under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Participating Converters. Currently: ?????????????? Converters may join or leave the scheme. If your chosen converter leaves the scheme while your code is still valid, your code will still be honoured on orders placed before the date their departure is announced on this page; after that date I will, where I can, offer you a replacement code for another Participating Converter.

8. Your information. Details of what I collect when you claim a code, who I share it with and how long I keep it are in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes. I may update these terms or withdraw the scheme for new claims at any time by updating this page. Changes do not apply to codes already issued — your code is governed by the version of these terms in force on the date it was issued, which is stated in your code email.

10. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of the law where you live.
